Una propuesta doctrinal de reforma del régimen sucesorio del Código civil español

Abstract

This contribution aims to inform about the existence of a legislative proposal to modernise and update the succession regime of the Spanish Civil Code, created out of the initiative of the Association of Professors of Civil Law. It is a prudent and measured proposal that is part of an another more extensive proposal to revise the entire Code that is backed by the Association.
