Abstract
This article attempts to establish a theoretical basis on the concept of social enterprise and the most appropriate management for this kind of enterprises. A concept that is taking in recent years an unprecedented importance, from the highest political circles, as in the business and academic field, with numerous articles written that will be analyzed throughout the article, with particular emphasis on companies concerned with the employability of groups at risk of social exclusion. It will be also be established, different tools and guidelines to be followed by the Social Enterprise manager to compete on equal opportunities in the market, and to establish a social process in business management and bring together all stakeholders in the same environment.
