Abstract

Before the situation of Metropolitan produced social alarm in Lima by the poverty levels that affect an important part of the population, all a series of public policies based is being adopted, partly, in strategies of creation of use through support to the constitution of Micro and Small Entreprises MYPES and Independent Workers and the concession of microcredits. Nevertheless, these measures, still being positive, are insufficient to solve the situation of poverty of the population. The present work tries to analyze the impact that the creation of MYPES and the use of the microcredits can have in the reduction of the poverty, for which their origins are analyzed, basic characteristicses and legal and socioeconomic context in which these initiatives move.
