This text studies how the Organic Law on the Restoration and Improvement of the Autonomous Government of Navarre (LORAFNA) uses history for political purposes by incorporating the new historicity and meaning that came from the Spanish Constitution of 1978 into our recent history, with a nod to our historical heritage.
