Modalidades de acceso al mercado laboral de los jóvenes universitarios

In the present work, through a revision of the current legislation, we present the different modalities of access to the labor market of university students, following the modifications introduced by Royal Decree-Law 28/2018; we describe its main characteristics and establish different classification criteria; and we show the particularities of the Dual modality. This study can be a good guide for the academic authorities responsible for the employability of their students and the graduates of the institution they belong to and also to guide the university students in their access to the labor market.

En el presente trabajo, por medio de una revisión de la legislación vigente, presentamos las diferentes modalidades de acceso al mercado laboral de los jóvenes universitarios, tras las modificaciones introducidas por el Real Decreto-ley 28/2018; describimos sus principales características y establecemos diferentes criterios de clasificación; y mostramos las particularidades de la modalidad Dual. Este estudio puede ser una buena guía para las autoridades académicas responsables de la empleabilidad de su alumnado y de los egresados/as de la institución a la que pertenecen y también para orientar a los propios universitarios en su acceso al mercado laboral.
