Abstract
The socio-political crisis in which Iran is immersed opportunity emancipatory capacities of Iranian society, embodied in socio-political of protest and resistance movements, that has not quartered in conformity and submission, but it claimed a public social space, opened and not ideological. Initiatives to conquest are based on the conviction that if the system is not a democracy is arguably a Republic, and this Republican dimension is which must be strengthened to overcome the depleted state of existing law. These initiatives, grounded by the contributions of intellectuals, have created an endogenous counterculture that requires formulas to consolidate an effective peaceful mobilization that lead in a gradual change and without violence.
