Abstract

The paper approachs two main points. One refers to the Spanish ruling political elites perfomance's in order to improve or to refrain the transitions's process from liberal parlamentarism to democracy. That means to estimate the democracy ruling supply's from the beginning of the Alfonso XIII period and in relationship with the limited supply during the first Restauration's period. The other point refers to the similarities and differences bvetween the Spanish's transition process to democracy and the ones which took place in France and Italy.
