Abstract

The renewed panorama of the New Political History will serve of pretext and context for the analysis of the possible ways of interdisciplinary communication among some formulations of that —especially them liked to the analysis of the phenomenon of the Power— and them derived, among others, of the Economic History or Social History. For this, and taking the agrarian crisis turn of the XIX century like starting point, I will tackle the analysis of the power strategies that the agrarian oligarchy of Andalusia articulated for leave of the agrarian crisis and for define and consolidate one process of agrarian change and limited modernization that will have correlation with the social, economic and institutional consequence derived from the implementation of those power strategies. Strategies and consequence that will be an example, in Andalusia at the beginning of the XX century, of the social and economic functional of the exercise of the political power.
