Abstract

This article studies the international solidarity of the USSR, Great Britain and France in supporting Euzkadi's resistance againts Franco´s army. The Soviet Union agreed to supply arms and military equipment to the republic in the Northern Spain. Also sent military volunteers to the northern front. They were military advisers, pilots, sailors and several specialist who fought and worked alongside the republicans. At the same time Great Britain and France sents observers and spies to known Euzkadi's real military and political situation. And also fighters and civilian comrades from above mentioned countries arrive there in order to fight for the republican cause.
