Abstract
This article develops a comparative analysis on the written power and the memoir (=Memoria) that the deputy (/ congressman) for Coahuila Ramos Arizpe took to the Parliament. This one results a paradigmatic electoral «case», since there can be appreciated some fundamental elements of the American representation that arrived to Cadiz, which reproduced a traditional imaginary contrary to the General and Extraordinary Assembly's constituent character.
