People, guerrilleros and bandits: bandolerismo on perspective

Abstract
Based on XIX century first instance court resources, this work explains the changes have been produced into the bandits representation, between the myth and a order social danger, in the transition from the ancien règime to the liberal system. The difficulties of a classic social history model, the vision of violence as a simple control system and the everyday crime, are the most important evidences of contradicition in a question that also explains the difficult articulation of the State.
