A century after the Churchs and the State Separation Act: the french laicity in question

Abstract
It is studied the long history of relations between the religion and the State in France, based on recent works, specially those what have been made for the centenary of 1905 act. It is established a bond with nowadays, when are emerging polemics and interpretations about the «french model of laicity».
