Abstract

In this article the relation among the economic development is undertaken, initiated from ends of the fifties and the first half of the decade of the seventies, and the changes happened in the morphology of the working conflict in the same period. In this framework, it is shown how in the formation of a new working class the workers experienced new realities in the main urban centres, and in the labour relations, from which they generated specific organizing and strategic answers. From the materials received, in the step of a popular culture peasant to a popular culture labourer, the social creation of networks in the new working communities and the articulation of a new vindicate culture, in the context of the model one fordist intensive in Spanish work, they managed to put standing a working movement that would survive under the difficult political framework of the Franco's regime.
