Abstract
On the 10th of February 1925, the Mining Union Credit, Bilbao bank established in the spring of 1901 suspended In this paper the process of execution in this «suspensión de pagos» is analized, up to the last steps, the time when the credit offered to creditors in 1986 prescribed at the end of 2001.
The long process undergone by the bankrupt's estate of the Mining Union Credit —long forgotten and confined to historical documents— is traced in the paper, from the actions of the Clearance Comission (1926-1942) to the Adjudicatary Comission.
