Asociaciones de la afiliación sindical con el bienestar psicológico, la satisfacción laboral y la satisfacción con la vida: Una revisión teórica.

Resumen
Históricamente, la Psicología del Trabajo y de las Organizaciones ha omitido los esfuerzos realizados por parte de las organizaciones sindicales para mejorar los lugares de trabajo. La influencia ejercida por estas no se ha limitado a la mejora de las condiciones económicas, sino que ha ejercido una influencia directa sobre otras muchas variables, tales como el bienestar psicológico, la satisfacción laboral y la satisfacción con la vida. En esta línea, el presente trabajo consiste en realizar una revisión de la literatura sobre la asociación entre la afiliación sindical y el bienestar psicológico, la satisfacción laboral y la satisfacción con la vida. Para ello, primero se describe cada uno de los constructos, para después describir aquellos estudios que han analizado dichas asociaciones. La revisión realizada pone de manifiesto el escaso número de investigaciones existente, así como el impacto mayoritariamente positivo de la afiliación sindical en las tres variables analizadas.
