Abstract
Since the publication of its first part over 400 years ago, «Don Quixote» has been read by a large amount of people all over the world. Sancho Panza is a farm worker who takes part in the masterpiece's main character, Don Quixote's, journey. Focussing on this multiple character, one of the principal reasons why «Don Quixote» is still read today in the 21st century, I would like to reflect over the systematized difference of the characters and to prove Sancho Panza's value as a squire.
