Abstract

This text focuses its object of study on the foundation and evolution of lawyers’ associations in the 19th century, without losing sight of law practice in the Kingdom of Navarre between the 12th and 18th centuries, with the unique characteristics conferred to it by the application of its privative Provincial Law. As such, a global view of the profession’s evolution is presented based on the study of the laws that have historically regulated it.
