Los precedentes inmediatos de la reforma: la Ley Foral 9/2018, de 17 de mayo

Abstract

An examination of the precedents of the reform of filiation actions in the New Legal Code; the development of its regulation in regional legislation, the impact on it of Constitutional Court jurisprudence and the needs for reform observed in light of the current principles of family law. All of this gave rise to the principles and content of the reform that was carried out in the Regional Law 9/2018, of 17 May.
