Abstract

This article analyses the different avenues for participation with powers by the Basque Country and Navarre in international and European affairs, with a special emphasis on the possibilities open for the partial and/general update of the Historic Rights of both Autonomous Communities, through Law 25/2014, on Treaties and other International Agreements.
