Abstract

In an extensive regulation on gifts and inheritance contained in Navarra’s Compilation of foral private law, the judicial activity has demonstrated that various institutions clearly need to be revised, or in some cases, that it would be prudent to reflect upon them, given all of the changes that have occurred in our society since it and its subsequent reforms were approved.
