Abstract

This article is about the political significance of Law of 16 August 1841, their doctrinal bases, execution and consequences, not only for the disappearance of Navarre as a State but also for navarrese people in their transit from a sovereign Kingdom’s natives and inhabitants to citizens of the Spanish State.
