El régimen económico matrimonial en el Fuero Nuevo: el peso del historicismo tras la reforma del 2019

Abstract

The 2019 reform of the Fuero Nuevo introduced important modifications to the Economicmarital regime, such as the disappearance of the dowry and the arras, and the transformation of the old propter nuptias donations into donations for the family. However, the family partnership of conquests and the universal community of property have remained in clear disuse. We will reflect on the lack of correlation between the letter of the law and the evolution of social practice through the village of Goizueta.
