La posición de la mujer casada en los Fueros y Observancias: una aproximación en clave civilista

Abstract

This work offers a civil perspective approach to the treatment of married women by regional codes of law (Fueros) and official practices (Observancias), the historical sources of Aragon law. The subject is not easy to tackle since the Aragon sources do not have a specific regulation on married women, but rather a series of provisions dedicated to various institutions that allow us a glimpse at their position in marriage. This without forgetting the important modulations derived from marriage contracts.
