Abstract
In this paper we analyse the professional responsibilities of the occupational risks prevention technician. For this purpose we look at the diverse responsibilities that can derive from the infringement of the preventative regulations. Besides, we take into account the resolutions that are adopted in this field especially regarding criminal matters, driving our attention to the possible increase of demands upon the occupational risks prevention technicians.
