Abstract
In the face of the question of what really mean work quality, this paper analyzes the elements that a job should have to be considered for quality, both from the objective point of view and from the workers themselves. Through the social indicators approach and methodology of distance P2 it´s made of a synthetic indicator of the quality of work from two of its dimensions: the organization of work and labour environment. The results show the role of each variable and each dimension of work quality and position of different European countries around it.
