Abstract
The information society has alleged significant changes in the social structure. Definitely one of the most important is the incorporation of women into the labor market, far from distance it from its traditional player in the family role, has promoted the double burden of a dual time, torn between her domestic role of care and tasks at home, and his producer role in the labor market. The consequences have led to segregation in the labor market, both vertical differentiation (since women do not reach the levels of men in managerial positions) and horizontal (with jobs traditionally feminine and masculine positions). Its main effects are the wage gap between the genders, the high percentage of part-time, and difficult temporal reconciliation between doubleheader.
