Abstract
siguiendo la metodología del caso. En el mencionado caso se adjudicaba a los y a las estudiantes un rol de asesores jurídico-laborales, con objeto de que abordasen el problema planteado por una ex-trabajadora de una PYME en concurso de acreedores. La ex-trabajadora que se encontraba en una situación personal extrema y delicada, formulaba al alumnado una cuestión directa y relevante que implicaba contestar necesariamente acerca de los compromisos que la ex-trabajadora adquiriría como socia, así como acerca de la pertinencia de la inversión de 20.000 euros en la nueva empresa, la cual se constituía con parte de los activos de la anterior.
