Abstract
Con animo de conmemorar el decimo aniversario de la Ley Organica
3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres (LOI)
y dejar patente la necesidad de seguir trabajando en pro de la igualdad entre
mujeres y hombres, el 21 y 22 de septiembre se llevo a cabo, en el marco de los
Cursos de Verano de la Universidad Publica de Navarra (UPNA), el curso titulado
Nuevos retos en materia de igualdad laboral tras diez años de aprobación de
la LOI, organizado por el Departamento de Derecho Privado y dirigido por la
profesora Dna. Elisa Sierra Hernaiz (Titular de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad
Social, UPNA).
