Abstract
This paper aims to reflect the advantages and disadvantages to articulate the corporate training policy. First, the paper analyze the academic literature on training policy and organizational performance. Later, we show the results of the empirical work. We find that training policy allows for benefits to firms that promote. Finally, we discuss the findings of this research.
