Abstract

The employer is the person who is compelled to guarantee the security and health of his/her employees in all respects related to the job. On the basis of this statement, in this text, on one hand, we refer to the right of participation of employeess and, on the other hand, we refer to the culture of the prevention that seems to be the most efficient in practice: the administrative, criminal, civil and Social Security responsability.
