Abstract

This article discusses how the implementation and generalization of new information and communication technologies, as well as the increase in the modality of remote work and telework, have led to the appearance of new occupational risks, such as the technostress syndrome. The reason for thus new syndrome is due to a bad digital disconnection that generates an invasion of work life in the person. The regulations on teleworking, digital disconnection and prevention of occupational risk are analyzed to determine if said regulations are sufficient or if a more profound legal reform is required to guarantee the safety and health of workers in the face of this new occupational risk.
