Abstract
The analysis of employment as a social phenomenon has almost always started from its subjective approach to human activity, without taking into account other beings that contribute to make it possible. Animals are the protagonists of this study as active subjects from almost the beginning of time, assuming the concrete and specialized tasks for which they have been trained. The aim is to make visible some of these essential collaborations, either by assisting people who need them to be able to carry out their work, or by contributing to the task assigned together with those in responsibility.
