Abstract
This article analyzes the sectoral collective agreement applicable to people dedicated to the distribution by bicycle, skateboard or on foot of food at home or products from digital supermarkets. To determine the collective agreement of the distributors, the issue will be analyzed on the basis of four axes. The first will analyze the inclusion of food delivery personnel in the hospitality sector in Spain. The second axis will address what happens if the company that has hired the delivery person has a company agreement. Third, the applicable collective agreement in dark stores will be determined. Fourth, it will end by reasoning why applying the courier sector agreement may be illegal.
