Abstract

The just ecological transition can only be achieved through the collaboration of all: public authorities, citizens, and the world of work. This paper aims to provide a brief overview of recent regulatory changes aimed at enhancing the involvement of citizens and workers in this process. It focuses particularly on changes affecting workers’ representatives. Specifically, the paper analyses whether these reforms have given training the crucial role it deserves at all levels, and, if so, what improvements have been suggested by the literature.
