Abstract
Due to the globalization of competition as well as of information and communication technologies, companies can generalize outsourcing and externalization processes, which brings about striking consequences to industrialised countries. Under such conditions, the processes of «company relocation» turn into one of the key tools for an economic and social attack, which have a direct influence on the production net and the workers' social rights. This article aims at provinding a logical order that may help us understand and analyse the different sides that shape the economic and social polyhedron of production relocations.
