Abstract
This article analyses the main features of globalization and its impact on majority unionism, as well as the possible alternative ways such phenomenon should take in order to break with the logic of the neoliberal system. In this sense, we will go deeper into the «playground» to which the union activity should be taken, as well as into the need to redefine the new union agenda, the concurrence with social movements, and any possible alternative way.
