Abstract
In any social advance what matters is moving from ideas into actions, all of which leads us to reflect on the chances of the utopia to become reality in the working world and to commit ourselves to its achievement, a world where no one would ever humble his fellow beings. Some people thought that the utopia was possible, so they decided to join together, to which some others followed, and so on, until they became more united, setting the utopia nearer and nearer.

1. Authors retain the copyright of their papers. while ceding to the journal "Lan Harremanak" the right to the first publication of their article.
2. The publisher UPV/EHU Press is a joint copyright holder, in order to protect the legitimate use of the published paper and compliance with CC terms.
