Abstract
This work intends to draw attention to the juridical reflection undertaken until now in our country regarding moral harassment at work. The proposal for laying the foundations of protection against it, in article 35 of the Constitution, aims to accentuate the unitary character of this new figure. This, in the face of the attention, until now prevalent, to the forms of demonstration of harassment, in our opinion, weakened the juridical reaction.
