Abstract
It is not true that spanish Crimminal Law doesn't have a convenient regulation for repressing the mobbing at workplace but, at the same time, it is nor the better neither the only one. This article try to explain the advantages and desadvantages of this strategie for avoiding and penalizing this social scourge of XXI century.
