Abstract
Mobbing is a surging situation at Occidental World. Here we talk about conductual and symptomatical characteristics of mobbing. We also present data from the analysis of cases associated with mobbing into a sample of 6,500 temporary disability cases. We define demographical and temporary disability characteristics. Finally we argue, with the data of the Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales, that in Spain were lost at 2002 1,850,000 days of work ability and 52 millions of € in workmen compensation.
