Abstract
In this article we insist that the problem of facing up to moral harassment at work does not lie in the lack of juridical techniques, but in the shortfall in the training of lawyers, judges, public prosecutors or work inspectors, among other professionals. The creation of an interdisciplinary Observatory which studies and analyses the judicial decisions with regard to this subject is the result of the proposal for a Collaboration Agreement between the Department of Justice, Employment and Social Security of the Basque Government and the Basque Law Council.
