Abstract
We all have to bear the consequences of our acts or errors.
On a great many occasions, occupational accidents are due to human error. Therefore, we can drastically reduce the number of accidents by correcting the inappropriate human conduct.
The scandalous economic, social, family and human costs of accidents at work and the failures to prevent them justify demanding that any person who does not carry out his obligations or who causes an accident due to an act or error against the health and safety of his employees or his fellow workers be held liable, apart from introducing extremely urgent and convincing measures to eliminate or drastically reduce these accidents.
The text below tries to describe the framework of liabilities that face any person who fails to comply with his obligations and duties in this field.
