Abstract
This document analyses the current situation regarding the prevention of occupational risks as a starting point in order to raise this as a possible problem for the company and, above all, for the SMEs, which slows down its implementation.
It points out the lack of a Responsible Preventative Conduct in our culture, both with respect to the employers and the workers, and briefly summarises those actions that are aimed at achieving this conduct.
Finally, it describes those qualities that should be included in any work procedure that is aimed at improving or solving the problem, after awareness regarding this has been raised.
