Abstract
The increase in psychological suffering in today's work situation is a worrying phenomena and closely linked to the difficulties to find a collective answer to those risks that do not have such standard symptoms and causes as the more common ones up to now. In order to understand the very different forms in which the psychological pressures and violence can appear in the work place, it is useful to analyse some specific groups. This article deals with three of them: job insecurity, changes in the job organisation and intensifying the work.
