Abstract
In this issue we should concentrate on analysing whether or not European employment policies are capable of achieving full employment. One of the most controversial subjects at employment debates in the 90s was the reduction and distribution of the working week. This article analyses the different stances and discourses involved in the debate on the distribution of work.
