Abstract
This involves reflecting on the need to make advances in the area of co-responsibility. It has a specific bearing on the issue regarding the notion of co-responsibility and the difficulties it faces, whether owing to the burdens inherited from previous notions or because the current economic situation does not constitute a favourable context for its implementation. The different direction being taken by EU instructions is studied for their part, in contrast to what is taking place in Spain —specifically with the recent legal-labour reforms— in which co-responsibility is regrettably hardly apparent.
