Abstract
From the decade of 20´s the most important industrial centres of the country started to establish a new working organisation. This process also affected Biscay. Factories, slowly at first and in a more general way afterwards, started to introduce new production systems that carried out important changes within the working world. In the same way, working conditions were also directly affected by this change.
