Abstract
The objective of the article is to offer a general view about the employment of the young people in Europe. From this point of view the author reaches to two conclusive ideas: on one hand, the great difference among the situations within the several analysed Estates related to the training systems, the situation of the woman in the labour market and some other specific aspects. On the other hand, the convergence among the types of new employment (which are mainly employment for young people). That is to say, the similarity of the sectorial and professional polarisation phenomenon within the analysed countries.
