Abstract
The basic problem resulting from the tackling of the application of employment policies nowadays comes from the assumption of the neoliberal propositions which have caused corruption, degeneration and the low number of jobs which affect our societies in these days. Looking at it from the alternative point of view of the policies for employment, due to the complicated divorce to which we have got between employment and satisfaction, there is no other solution appart from trying to put an end to the general need and to use the resources to produce what is needed from that point.
