Abstract
The furture´s basic social law will have to be based on subjective public rights and on the bases of the social state more than on the traditional "anchorages" of the working law and social security. This would create a Law based on the idea of social citizenship inherent to the condition of the worker or person ready to render an economically measurable activity. From this basic level of guaranteing of the social public order, the working law would hold a variety of levels, techniques and differentiated regulations. This would adjust judicial regulation to new technologies and the new ways of the organization of work in a better way.
